Koppelingsplaat
Een druklager is een onderdeel van de koppeling. De druklager heeft als functie om de op de motortoerental ronddraaiende drukvingers in te drukken en daarmee de koppelingsplaat vrij te laten draaien. Vaak als een druklager kapot is, hoor je dat aan een bijgeluid bij het ontkoppelen. Er wordt dan druk opgezet en als deze versleten is maakt dat meer geluid dan normaal. De druklager zelf is eigenlijk niet te repareren en moet als het kapot is compleet vervangen worden.
